Our Services
Force7 provides instructor-led IT and business certification training, custom courseware, software and simulation development, and related consulting services, delivered onsite, offsite, in live virtual classrooms, or in hybrid formats. Specific deliverables, schedules, and pricing are described in the applicable quote, registration, or statement of work.
Eligibility and Accounts
Some features require an account. You agree to provide accurate, current information and to keep it updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
Course Registration and Payment
Course prices are shown at registration and may change over time. Payments are processed securely through our third-party payment provider. You agree to pay all fees and applicable taxes for the training you register for. A seat is confirmed once payment (or an approved purchase arrangement) is received. For private group or custom engagements, payment terms are set out in your quote or statement of work.
Cancellations, Rescheduling, and Refunds
Cancellation, rescheduling, and refund terms applicable to your registration are presented at the time of purchase and form part of these Terms. Force7 offers a lifetime free course retake on eligible instructor-led courses: if you do not pass, you may retake the same Force7 course at no additional tuition cost, subject to seat availability and the conditions of that policy. Intellectual Property
All course materials, curricula, labs, software, text, graphics, logos, and other content provided through the Services are owned by Force7 or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Registered attendees receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the materials for their own personal or internal training purposes. You may not copy, redistribute, resell, publicly post, or create derivative works from our materials without our prior written consent. "Force7" and related marks are trademarks of Force7, Inc.
