— Who Is Force7 —
Founded in November 2010 as GlobalTec Training Solutions, LLC in Colorado Springs, Colorado, Force7 has grown into a world-wide IT and business training company serving military, government, higher education, and enterprise organizations. Our very first contract was with the U.S. Air Force Academy, where we trained more than 80 military and civilian personnel onsite and delivered a 97% first-attempt CompTIA certification pass rate. In 2013 we incorporated as Force7, Inc., and we continue to live by a single motto: Excellence in IT Instruction.
Today our team delivers instructor-led IT certification training onsite, offsite, and through live virtual classrooms — supported by Unity software development and IT consulting services. We serve customers across the United States and Canada, and we partner closely with active-duty service members, federal civilians, defense contractors, universities, corporations, non-profits, veterans, and career seekers who depend on us for the in-demand technology and business skills that lead to high-paying careers.
Our growing team of business and technical professionals addresses training needs across CompTIA, VMware, Cisco, Microsoft, cybersecurity, Juniper Networks, Unity 3D, Linux, project management, Lean Six Sigma, and dozens of other technologies and business methodologies.

Two entrepreneurs who set out to build an IT training company from the ground up — and pressed through both the wins and the setbacks to make it happen.
Co-Founder & Visionary
Joe brings a talent for strategic planning, organizational management, and translating customer needs into training solutions that work. With more than 27 years of corporate sales experience and over a decade leading in the training industry — including roles at ADP, Ingram Micro, Genuity, and New Horizons Computer Learning Center — he has built Force7’s customer-first culture from the start.
Joe holds a B.S. in Business Administration with a concentration in Information Technology from Colorado Technical University and is pursuing an MBA in supply chain management at Arizona State University. He volunteers regularly with the Colorado Springs Rescue Mission and has a deep passion for supporting veterans and military personnel.
Co-Founder
Desire’ brings more than 20 years of sales and management experience and an entrepreneur’s instinct for hiring, partnerships, and marketing strategy. Born and raised in The Netherlands and fluent in five languages, she carries a personal connection to the military community — her father served in both the Dutch Army and the U.S. Army after immigrating to America.
Desire’ holds a B.S. in Criminal Justice Administration and a Master of Science in Administration of Justice and Security. While completing her bachelor’s degree she also ran a successful home-based business — an early sign of the intuitive, hands-on leadership she brings to Force7 today. Her volunteer work centers on supporting the homeless and the underserved.
