  • Information you provide: your name, email address, phone number, company or organization, job role, and training interests when you submit a contact form, request a quote, register interest in a course, subscribe to our newsletter, or create an account.
  • Registration and account data: details needed to enroll you or your team in training, including attendee names and emails.
  • Payment information: when you pay for training, your payment is processed by our payment provider (Stripe). Force7 does not collect or store full payment card numbers.
  • Information collected automatically: IP address, device and browser type, pages visited, referring pages, and similar usage data gathered through cookies and comparable technologies.
  • Communications: records of your correspondence with us, including support and sales inquiries.

How We Use Your Information

We use personal information to:

  • Provide, schedule, and deliver training and related services;
  • Respond to quote requests, inquiries, and support requests;
  • Process registrations, payments, and refunds;
  • Send transactional messages such as registration confirmations and schedule updates;
  • Send newsletters or marketing communications where you have opted in (you may opt out at any time);
  • Operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Services; and

We use trusted third parties to run the Services, including cloud hosting and platform infrastructure, a managed database and authentication provider, a payment processor, and an email delivery provider. Each maintains its own privacy and security practices and processes data on our behalf under contract.

We use Google Analytics (GA4) to measure and analyze site traffic. Force7 is based in the United States and processes information here. If you access the Services from outside the United States, you understand your information will be processed in the United States.
