Overview
The Lean Six Sigma Black Belt program and methodology allows students to complete certification requirements faster than traditional Lean Six Sigma training programs. Lean Six Sigma combines two of the most powerful improvement methodologies in modern history – Six Sigma Methodology and Lean Thinking. This course uses SPC XL software by Sigma Zone.
Prerequisites
Green Belt
Requirements for Black Belt Certification:
1) Attend Black Belt Training
2) Complete the Black Belt test with an 80% or higher score.
3) Complete a Six Sigma Black Belt Project. Submit your project using the project storyboard template that will be provided in class.
