Also covers topics in more depth and teaches learners how to perform basic troubleshooting steps in enterprise branch office networks, preparing learners for Cisco CCNA certification.

Prerequisite(s) Recommended
Before taking the CCNAX course, learners should be familiar with:
- Basic computer literacy
